![]() I am looking to make it so that the outside vendors do not have to change their FTP/Explorer settings to Active FTP, and also I am looking to be able to get directory listing outside the LAN. The parameter -config-version-check-result-file is used to specify a file in which the result of. If the action is backup, then a backup of the files is made if the versions are not ok. Also, it seems that outside the LAN they must put their client in Active FTP mode. If the action is error, it just checks whether the versions are ok. When the person outside the LAN tries connecting using the same account that works for me inside LAN, it allows them to connect but fails directory listing. ![]() ![]() It shows me the files in the directory I had specified for the user, which is \\FILESERVER\Public\FTP. Inside our LAN, it works fine, using FileZilla FTP Client, in passive mode (which is default).
